Hey so this is a bit of different post than I usually make but I think it is extremely important so I wanted to share it.
In case you haven’t heard there is a company called VidAngel trying to create an easy way to filter content from movies or tv shows to make it appropriate to viewers. In Today’s day and age there is an overwhelming problem with overtly sexual even boarderline pornographic, uber violent, and other inappropriate content in what could otherwise be some great entertainment.
Unfortunately, for those of us who would want to watch these things there is now way to simply cut out the crap out from our viewing experience.
Enter VidAngel.
VidAngel is a service that would allow viewers to filter the content of what they are watching in a very simple and precise way. They can filter out certain language, multiple levels of sexual content, specifics in violence, etc. The problem right now is that they are being prevented from providing that service by a lawsuit from Disney.
Though VidAngel is fighting back, they need your support. Sign the petition to show how you want the ability to filter the content of what you watch.
